In most cases, a gentle chiropractic adjustment is provided during this visit, but only when it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.

Our 15-minute Regular Appointment focuses on reviewing your progress and how your body is responding to care. It includes a focused assessment, a chiropractic adjustment where appropriate, and any necessary updates to your home care advice to support continued improvement.

Our Extended Appointment of up to 30 minutes is designed for patients who require additional care and attention. This visit includes a more in-depth review of your progress, a comprehensive assessment, chiropractic adjustment where appropriate, and may also incorporate myofascial dry needling for suitable cases, along with any necessary updates to your home care advice.

We are pleased to offer ACC-subsidised appointments to help make chiropractic care more accessible. If you have an approved ACC claim, discounted rates apply across our consultation types, including Initial Consultations ($98), Regular Appointments ($38), and Long Appointments ($68), depending on the care you require.
